Buyers and sellers on V.R. Gallery SHOP will be bound by the following terms and conditions below.

Sellers

• 1. It is the duty of sellers to ensure that the information displayed on their respective pages is correct at the time of publication.
• 2. Sellers should inform the SHOP in writing as soon as possible should any of the information displayed change.
• 3. Sellers should ensure that amendments are correct at the time of publication.
• 4. Sellers should inform the SHOP in the event they stop trading so that their pages can be removed from the website.
• 5. Sellers must ensure that they can meet and honour the orders placed through the website.
• 6. Sellers should deliver the goods to the buyers in the conditions described on the website within a reasonable trading period of time.
• 7. Should there be any material change to an order, sellers must inform their buyers of any such changes as soon as they become known to the seller.
• 8. A full / partial refund should be offered to buyers if sellers are unable to fulfil an order in full or in part.
• 9. Sellers should ensure that they receive full payment before shipping their orders.
• 10. The free trial period starts when your pages are published online and are accessible via the website. At the end of the 30-day trial period, an annual fee set by the SHOP will be required for the artists’ pages to remain active. You can opt out at any time within the 30 days trial period by filling the form on the 'Contact' page.
• 11. No refunds will be issued should you decide to leave at any time after you have opted in at the end of the free trial period.
• 12. V.R. Gallery SHOP reserves the right to refuse to feature an artist without further explanation.
• 13. V.R. Gallery SHOP might use artwork featured on the website to promote artists and artwork on social networking websites unless otherwise instructed.

Buyers

• 1. Buyers are expected to pay the sellers in full before the latter ship their orders.
• 2. In the event that an order is defective, buyers must contact the seller within a reasonable period of time to make good the order.
