Abigail has been interested in jewellery and embroidery for most of her life. She does all her own designing and all of the work is done by hand.
Her inspiration comes from many sources such as poetry, paintings, mythology, legends and literature and she delights in using vintage and recycled materials.
This chunky necklace uses recycled lapis lazuli beads and pale blue crackle glass, interspersed with large gold seed beads, all of which give it a very unusual and distinctive style.
This necklace, inspired by the poem by Keats, ‘La Belle Dame Sans Merci’ is made up of red coral, green jade, and gold glass seed beads. If you read classic poetry, this is for you.
This set, unlike the other necklaces, is strung on wire and so sits around the neck in a circle instead of hanging loose. It is made of double-drilled Peruvian pink opals, with opaque frosted blue glass beads and pink seed beads. The earrings have silver-plated findings.
